Making an appeal
You have 28 days from receiving formal notice of the decision to submit the appeal form online.
You will need to complete and submit the Academic Appeal Formal Stage online form and provide independent third party evidence to support your appeal.
Guidance is available on the form, and links to further guidance are also provided. If you save and resume your form, make sure you re-upload any supporting evidence before submitting.
Help and advice
You can get advice and support from the York University Students Unions (YUSU or GSA); they can help you complete the form and will support you through the process.
