McCormack Student Research Travel Fund (Autumn 2022)

Applications from current undergraduate and postgraduate students are now invited for the McCormack Student Research Travel Fund.

Applications are now invited for the McCormack Student Research Travel Fund Autumn 2022. The McCormack Student Research Travel Fund was established with the aim to provide flexible funding to support students (both undergraduate and postgraduate students) in order to enable them to conduct research visits to other institutions such as museums, archives, libraries and universities. Applications from undergraduate students for research will normally relate to expenses incurred in researching the dissertation.

Application criteria

Grants will be made twice a year. The fund is available to support students studying in the Department of History at York. All students are eligible to apply for funding. Grants are available (normally around £100 - £200) to support research travel and other research expenses.

Timetable and application process

Deadline: 5.00pm on Wednesday 16 November 2022

Information about the application process, as well as the application form, has been circulated to all undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Department of History.
