You are expected to be at University for the whole of each term (start of week 1-end of week 10). This includes any term time exam periods and is regardless of when your first/last exam takes place.
If for any reason you need to leave during/before the end of term you must ask your supervisors permission to do so. International students should be mindful of their visa terms when making such requests. Please be aware in the Summer term, if you wish to leave in weeks 8, 9 or before the end of week 10 then you must request permission to do so from your supervisor, however, if you need to leave as early as week 7 (after your last exam) then Board of Studies approval is also required.
