Work started on the construction of a new building to the south of Langwith College in Autumn 2015 and completed in January 2018.

The Piazza Building contains a range of high-quality, flexible learning spaces, including:

  • A 350-seat auditorium
  • Over 30 high-quality, flexible learning spaces
  • A large flat-floor learning space, available for student activities and societies
  • A 350-seat restaurant with fantastic lake-views
  • A large informal learning resource centre
  • The administrative and teaching home for the International Pathway College
