Prestigious Publication Award for CWS Alumna

The Higher Education Commission Pakistan Prize

Former CWS PhD student, Nadia Agha, has been awarded the Higher Education Commission Pakistan Prize for her book, Kinship, Patriarchal Structure and Women's Bargaining with Patriarchy in-Rural Sindh. The book is based on her PhD which was supervised by Professor Stevi Jackson. Nadia is now Professor in the Department of Sociology and Gender Studies, Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, Pakistan.
