An exciting opportunity for flexible, part-time study at the University of York:

  • Study at a world-class university, without the need for any previous qualifications
  • Gain a nationally recognised award which could serve as a passport to advanced level study
  • Return-to-learn in an academically rigorous environment, tailored to the specific needs of adult learners.

Spring Update

Our 2021/22 programme

We have taken the decision that for the spring term, all course delivery will remain online as per the previous academic year. A decision for the remainder of the academic year from April will be made in due course, pending University and Government advice.

Students signing up to work towards a Certficate of Higher Education should bear in mind that for future terms they may need to attend courses in York, in person.

If you would like to be added to our mailing list so that you are kept updated for when our programme goes live on our website, please email
