The systems and services we create are typically aimed at solving resource intensive processes that have the potential to be used in a wide range of departments.

Overview

Eligibility

This service is available to staff only.

Requests should initially be discussed with the relevant service manager in support departments or the Faculty Operations Managers.

The request will then be presented to the Business Systems Executive. This group meets every six weeks.

The process will involve discovery, design and implementation, and will involve a range of IT Services staff, including:

  • Business Analyst
  • Project Manager
  • System Administrator
  • Identity Specialist
  • Web Developer/System Integrator

Smaller scale system enhancements may be made without a full project team.

Your responsibilities

You may be required to to be the service owner for the system or service that is developed.

This will involve providing first line support to end-users and maintaining a roadmap for sustainability and future development.
