Business Systems Executive
An aim of this group is to provide a framework for prioritisation of support and development activity in this area, and an escalation route when priorities cannot be settled at operational level.
The rationale for this is that business systems development requires careful prioritisation and full consideration of the impact of proposed developments on existing services, other programmed developments, and other infrastructure elements.
