I studied Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Cambridge (2020-2023),
completing a dissertation project in my final year centred on the long-term effectiveness of
psychological inoculations against misinformation, under the supervision of Professor Sander van
der Linden and Dr Rakoen Maertens. I began working at the University of York in February 2025.
Title of project: The Many Faces of Prejudice: The “What”, the “Why”, and the “How” of
Inferences We Make from Membership in Social Groups
The project I am currently working on is a cross-
cultural study investigating the inferences we make about others based on their membership in
social groups, under the supervision of Dr Lusine Grigoryan.
