Biography

My name is Yasmeen Alazmi. I am a PhD researcher at the University of York, Department of Geography and Environment. My research is focused on socio-demographic factors and the influence of personal well-being on environmental attitudes. My work aims to examine the influence of social demographic, geographical factors and personal well-being on environmental attitudes of Kuwait citizens. The findings will be used to make recommendations on how to improve the development of sustainable communities. I hold a BSc in Environmental Technology from Kuwait University and an MSc in Environmental Science from the Kuwait University.
