Profile

Biography

Suzanne is a PhD student co-supervised by Professor Ioan Fazey and Dr. Esther Carmen from James Hutton institute, Scotland.  Her current research focuses on Identifying and enabling synergies to support transformation to regenerative food systems in Yorkshire. 

Before starting her PhD, she completed her MSc in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management and holds  a BSc in Environment, Economics and Ecology from the University of York. Her interdisciplinary studies have led to her keen interest in researching food systems due to its interdependencies and connectedness. Her wider interests include Business and Environment, Sustainable Development, Systems thinking and Inner and outer transformational change for a sustainable future.
