Teaching

The low-temperature plasma strand at York leads and is active in teaching various aspects related to low-temperature plasma science and their applications. Related modules we teach are:

• Level 3 module Introduction to Plasma Science and Technology
• Level 4 module Lasers and Atom Light Interactions
• MSc module on Plasma Diagnostics
• MSc module on Further Plasmas: Low-temperature Plasmas 

We host MSc, MPhys and BSc projects on various topics related to our research including joint projects across the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Environment, and Mathematics, and the Hull-York Medical School.
