Researchers from York’s Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence share their work on getting all of the good stuff out of food waste. Wastes like used coffee grounds, brewers spent grain and orange peel are unavoidable and usually end up in landfill, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have value! Learn about the food waste investigations going on in York and across a large European network of researchers.
