ZoomText Magnifier/Reader is an assistive software, which has integrated magnification and screen-reading functions, designed to support users with low vision conditions. It is produced by Freedom Scientific.
ZoomText is installed on the designated accessible PCs in IT Services managed PC classrooms.
Note: If you wish to use the screen reading feature, you will need to bring your own headphones, with a standard 3.5mm jack.

ZoomText provides user guides in both Word and PDF format in a variety of languages, which can be downloaded from their ZoomText User Guides webpage.
Freedom Scientific has a training page to support ZoomText users, with a getting started guide and also linking to FAQs, user tips and their own YouTube channel of instructional videos.
