How to access IT support

Whether it’s connecting to Wifi, setting up two-factor authentication or using Zoom, the IT Services webpages are the best place to go to find information on using IT across the University.

If you can’t find the solution to a query on the website, our team is here to help.  

The IT support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm.

You can contact us online, over the phone or in person. Find out how to contact us. 

If we think we need to speak to you face-to-face to help resolve your query we will book an appointment with you.

Your IT not working?

If something is not working as it should, please check the IT Status Board for the latest updates on issues or service maintenance which may be affecting IT Services.  Make sure to also check out our Twitter account for regular updates on any issues.
