Research
Project title: “Examining effects and implementation of early school-based academic
interventions aimed at struggling students: Using the tutoring programme ‘Læseklar’ as a case
study”
Julie Kaas Seerup is a visiting PhD fellow from VIVE – the Danish Center for Social Science
Research and Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen. Her research focus on early
school-based academic interventions for struggling pupils. Julie use both qualitative and
quantitative methods in her research, and is working with the use of randomized controlled
trials within the field of education.
