Question: Can I still attend this programme if I've already attended Leadership in Action / Leading Without a Team / Research Leaders?
Answer: Yes, while there may be some similar materials, there is a considerable amount of different content and the context is significantly different

Question: What is the cost of this programme to my department?
Answer: This programme carries no cost to the department except for venue travel expenses if relevant.

Question: What is the rationale for allocation of places across the university?
Answer: Places are limited on this programme. The intention is to be as fair as possible in terms of size of department, number of leaders and delegate mix per cohort.

Question: What would be your recommendations around whether it's best to attend as an individual delegate or attend with my Leadership Team in a stand alone event?
Answer: Attending together with your Leadership Team would maximise impact over attending as an individual - the limitation would be the reduced networking opportunity.

Question: What can I do about my development if I can't obtain a place on this programme?
Answer: The additional optional opportunities are still open to all managers and leaders. These can be accessed through the Learning Management System. Additional options to consider are the Coaching Scheme and the Mentoring Scheme.
