• Module 1: Tuesday 5th to Wednesday 6th December 2023; 09:30-16:30
• Co-coaching 1 of 3*: Tuesday 19th December 2023; 09:30-11:30 and 14:00-16:00
• Module 2: Tuesday 16th January 2024; 09:30-16:30

*Delegates only need to attend one of the co-coaching session times on these dates (ie. either 09:30-11:30 or 14:00-16:00)

Delegation Selection Criteria

Delegates will be prioritised based on the following principles:

• Leaders whose role has the potential of greatest reach / impact
• Leaders with largest teams (or teams reporting to teams)
• Leaders likely to benefit most from learning

Alternative Delivery Model

As an alternative to the above delivery model, this programme can also be delivered to Leadership Teams. The application and therefore impact of this delivery model is likely to be even greater than delivering in an open course to disparate leaders. For further information, please contact POD members.
