Year 3 optional modules, BSc and MPhys Physics and Philosophy

Students on the BSc Physics and Philosophy and MPhys Physics and Philosophy degree programmes will choose third year Philosophy optional modules from the list below.  Click on the module title to see full information about the module content, and assessment type.  Students will choose their Physics optional modules via the Physics module choice process.

Semester 1 

Important note:
  • S1 Option modules are only available for students on the MPhys Physics with Philosophy route. 
  • Students on the BSc Physis with Philosophy programme study only compulsory (CORE) modules in S1, therefore option modules are unavailable.
