• Strategy: support for HoD in strategy development and risk management
• Planning: providing informed advice and guidance on initiatives; lead on new programme development and financial planning
• Operations: ensuring efficient operations to support all of the department's functions
• PSS: leadership and resource planning and support for professional support staff
• Finance: 5yr financial planning
• HR: overall responsibility, plus management of complex or non-standard issues and lead on initiatives (including PDRs)
• Estates: lead on space management, particularly development
• Compliance: information management, GDPR, HR and other compliance issues
