Biography

Biography

Maria completed her BA degree on English Language and Literature in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). After that, she obtained her MA degree on Applied Linguistics from the University of Sheffield (UK). Her research interest gradually spanned across Management and organization Studies, with a focus on the complex interplay between organisational dynamics and gender issues. She is currently a PhD Candidate and enrolled at the University of York, School for Business and Society, while being supported by CITY College's research centre, the South-East European Research Centre (SEERC).

Maria has also been involved in the past in the management of European projects, which addressed various interdisciplinary areas, including innovation, gender, organisational change, and human-centred technology.
