Research Topic: Organisational change from a gender perspective: formal initiation and informal evolving, as reflected through organisational discourse

Research Interests: Maria's research aims to examine gender-related organisational change, and particulalry how it is initiated through relevant organisational policies at the formal organisational level and then evolves at the informal level. The aim is also to examine this topic within the lens of Discursive Institutionalism (DI) and through the use of Organisational Discourse (OD).

Profile

Maria completed her BA degree on English Language and Literature in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). After that, she obtained her MA degree on Applied Linguistics from the University of Sheffiled (UK). For the past 3 years, she has been employed in South-East European Research Centre (SEERC), where she participates in EU-funded projects. During these projects, her work has been focused on Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), on gender issues, and on issues related to equality and fairness in work environments, particulalry in the field of Research & Innovation.
