Biography

BSC (Hons) - LLM - Non-practising solicitor.

I worked in the City for an American law firm for a number of years after qualification as a commercial litigator.  Whilst my practice was general commercial disputes much of my work was professional negligence particularly in the construction industry.

Prior to joining York University I taught Business Law, Commercial Law with Intellectual Property and International Trade and Transactions on the LPC, and then Dispute Resolution and Skills on the SQE at BPP University in London.
