LLM (University of Chicago)
Associate Lecturer
I joined York Law School in 2022 on a PhD studentship. My thesis is a socio-legal examination of the constitutional law judgments of the Supreme Court of India and charts the evolution of the design of judgments over a 75 year period. Alongside my PhD, I have worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (2023-26) on undergraduate courses. I have also served as the Editor-in-Chief of York Law Review for 2022-23 and as the representative of the PGR cohort (2023-25). I was appointed as an Associate Lecturer in 2026.
Before joining YLS, I worked as a lecturer at OP Jindal Global University (India) where I taught undergraduate law modules on Contract Law and Criminal Law, while also serving as an Assistant Editor for Jindal Global Law Review.
I am a member of the South Asian Legal Scholars Association (SALSA) and serve as a peer reviewer for academic journals across my areas of expertise.
