Biography
Eleana Kasoulide

PhD Candidate & Research Associate (Adminstrative Fairness Lab)
Eleana joined the YLS community in 2023 as a research assistant for the Administrative Fairness Lab. She has worked on various projects including conducting interviews with Homes for Ukraine sponsors, studying backlogs and delays in public services, and looking at how the use of technology is affecting public law.
Eleana is now completing her PhD alongside her research associate role. She is trying to understand the process by which digital public services are developed and introduced by the government, with a particular focus on the DWP.

Overview
I am a Research Associate at the Administrative Fairness Lab. In the past I have worked on projects relating to the design and delivery of digital services by the DWP and to the Homes for Ukraine scheme. Currently, I am working on the 'Waiting Well' project investigating how people's experiences of waiting for social care can be improved.
