Dan Herman

Associate Lecturer

I joined YLS in September 2026 as an Associate Lecturer, working mainly as a PBL tutor.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1999. From 2000 to 2026 I worked at Stewarts Law LLP, now the UK's largest litigation-only law firm. I was made partner and Head of Leeds office in 2003 and became Head of Personal Injury in 2022. I retired from active legal practice in May 2026.
