Lu Jin has a paper out titled Dependency between pre-classifier modifier and classifier:  a root-based analysis published in the Proceedings of the 31st Conference of the Student Organization of Linguistics in Europe (ConSOLE 31).  You can access it here.

Ben Gibb-Reid presented: A comparison of SQUARE/NEAR formant trajectory estimates in New Zealand English across word frequencies at the colloquium of the British Association of Academic Phoneticians (BAAP 2024), Cardiff University, on 25 — 27 March 2023.

Shiyang Fu (with Norman Yeo) presented: Asymmetric extraction from coordinate structures in English and Mandarin Chinese at the 14th  Generative Linguistics in the Old World in Asia (GLOW in Asia XIV), The Chinese University of HongKong,  on 6 — 8 March 2023.

Sascha Schäfer has passed his PhD viva with no corrections!  His thesis is entitled ‘The Individual Lay Listener as a Variable in Speaker Individualisation Tasks'.  

Buhan Guo (with Nino Grillo, Sven Mattys, Andrea Santi, Shayne Sloggett and Giuseppina Turco) will present on The Prosody of Clefted Relatives: A New Window into Prosodic Representations at Manchester Forum in Linguistics 2024, University of Manchester, on 25 —26 April 2024.
