York's fourth annual postgraduate linguistics conference the biggest yet

The PARLAY (Postgraduate Academic Researchers in Linguistics at York) Conference is an annual meeting organised by postgraduate students from the University of York. It's a broad-ranging event, and the organisers warmly invites postgraduate researchers from all walks of language study to share their findings among a friendly and supportive group of fellow PGs. Delegates come from a diversity of fields such as education and literary studies as well as linguistics, and travel to York from universities around the UK and beyond to attend. Our plenary speakers for this year's PARLAY meeting, the fourth in the series, were Dr. Emma Moore (University of Sheffield) and our own Dr. Richard Ogden.
