Subordinate Clauses rise to the top of the tree

Last year's freshers were formed into small teams at the start of term and asked to make a video over the year ahead that summarised their first year experience. They then presented these videos to fellow students and staff, and were judged by a panel of staff from the Department of Language and Linguistic Science. The winning team, 'The Subordinate Clauses', scooped £200 in Amazon vouchers, and the runners up ('Group Z') won £100.
