Biography
Maria completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the Universidad de los Andes, Chile in 2010. She then worked for two years as a general dentist in private healthcare centres in Santiago. Following that, Maria worked for three years in the healthcare sector for older people in York. She earned her Masters degree in Public Health at the University of York in 2016 and started a PhD in Health Sciences in October 2016.
