Biography
Christopher holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and MSc in Health Economics from University of York. His PhD concerns the ethics and economics of equity in health policy, where he is supervised by Professor Tim Doran, Professor Richard Cookson and and Dr Stephen Holland.
