Jackie works within the Student & Academic Support Service Team, and is predominantly based in the main entrance area to the Department to welcome visitors, staff and students.
Jackie serves as the primary point of contact for the department and the building. She is responsible for responding to queries from students, staff, staff across the University and external stakeholders - whether this be in person, via email or the telephone.
Jackie is responsible for monitoring student absences, organising office moves, ordering furniture and stationery, and directing mail to colleagues. She assists with allocating access keys, direction requests, reporting maintenance issues, and greeting interview candidates.
Jackie works full time (Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30)
