Profile

Biography

Having a background in Social Science and Law, Tasmia Rahman began her career at a non profit organization, where she worked with tobacco cessation and air pollution. She then went on to working in other sectors mainly, environmental health and mental health. She hopes to be able to strengthen the implementation of mental health policies in Bangladesh. Furthermore, she also hopes to play a role in developing newer and more relevant mental health policies with time.

Overview

Tasmia Rahman is presently interested in mental health research as she feels it will help her in the future while developing mental health policies.
