Biography
My graduate journey commenced with distance learning provided through the Open University where I graduated with a BA in Health and Social Care and discovered management. Then the challenge of an MSc Leadership and Management at York St John, the management of people remains my focus and how can I improve work conditions for the colleagues that I work alongside, leading to my PhD research.
