Project Initiation - Raising a Project

All requests for project work (refurbishments, space relocations, construction, etc) must be made using a Works Request form which is available for download at the link below. Completed forms should be entered using the online Helpdesk.
How does it work?
1) Once you have logged in select 'Report a problem/make a request'.
2) In the free text box select 'Departmental Project Work Request'.
3) Complete the form and submit.
What happens next?
Once received we will aim to consider requests within a 7 day period but it should be noted that we do not always have the authority to action. Those requests involving significant space changes or capital expenditure will be referred to the Space Management Group or the University Executive Board. Once authorised your request will be assigned to a named individual, who will be your liaison throughout the course of the works.
