Fay Thomson

"The structure of the course at York means that you study a variety of modules in the first and second year, which provides you with a broad base in psychology. In the third year you can then specialise in your preferred areas for your advanced modules, literature survey and project. With a balance of assessment methods including essays, practical reports and exams, the course caters for the strengths of different students.

"The Department also tries to ensure that students leave with a number of computer based and social skills in addition to their degree. These skills can be taken with you, no matter what you decide to do after graduation. An excellent course for any wannabe Psychologist!"
