From the 2023/24 academic year anonymous summative assessment of essays and online exams will be submitted via Turnitin across the University.

The Department awards a prize to single-honours Philosophy students of £100 to the student with the best performance overall in their first year Philosophy modules.
The 2022/23 prize winner will be announced in due course.
This prize of £150 is awarded to the student(s) with the best performance on the exam component of the Year 1 Reason and Argument module and in 2022/23 is awarded to:
£100 is awarded to the student with the best performance on a minimum of 60 credits Philosophy (excluding PPE).
