University Assessment Guide

All Philosophy assessments are subject to general University regulations, as documented in the University’s Guide to Assessment and Regulation 5, Regulation on Assessment.

Masters Students

• All Philosophy MA students should make themselves familiar with the Philosophy MA assessment Policies and Practices 2023-24 (MS Word , 217kb) document that gives detailed guidance about essay presentation, assessment submission, academic integrity, and other relevant policies and practices within the Department of Philosophy.

• For details of how progression and award outcomes are calculated, students should read the Student Guide to the University’s Rules for Progression and Award in Taught Postgraduate Programmes.

Graduate Diploma Students
