Profile

Biography

Susan is an experienced human resource management consultant and trainer working with business, local government and non-profit organisations for over 20 years, specialising in strategic management, training and development and organisational change. She is also an experienced facilitator and trainer, delivering programmes in both the commercial, non-profit and academic sectors.

Susan is a part-time Lecturer delivering Practising Strategy for the online Post-Graduate courses at the University of York as well as delivering specialist support and training, primarily in the charitable sector for her own company. She holds a BA (Hons) in English from Leeds University, a PGCE (PCET) from Huddersfield University and a MA in Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University. An Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development and a Certified Management and Business Educator.
