This fun half-day workshop will allow you to explore your creativity through mindfulness and writing. We will use mindfulness concepts to overcome blocks and create deeper self-awareness. This course is suitable for writers of all levels. There will be invitations to share your work but there will be no expectation to do so.
Alexandra is an experienced writing-for-wellbeing tutor who runs online mindful writing sessions.
