Introduction to Philosophy

Philosophy is the study of the most fundamental and central questions about morality, knowledge, science, logic, and language, among other equally important topics. This course will explore the most impactful areas of philosophy, addressing questions such as ‘Is morality objective?’, ‘What does it mean to know something?’, and ‘Does life have meaning?’. This course will examine how philosophers, from ancient Greece to modern times, have examined such questions and will provide students with the necessary philosophical skills to approach them.
