Writing Poems about Paintings

Write a poem about a painting, sculpture, building or any other type of art or artist! This course aims to be a fun way of exploring creative writing through the visual arts. We will look at poems that address the arts and fire the imagination to help generate great writing. Will Kemp has won various prizes, and has four published collections, including The Painters Who Studied Clouds, comprising 60 ekphrastic poems. He also judges the Keats-Shelley Prize.
