York-Renmin Sources for British History is a unique project that aims to give Chinese students and academics simple access to original historical source material that is available online. Access to primary documents is a crucial part of a historian's work, and the digitisation of many collections means that this is now possible without having to travel to archives.
This project has been developed jointly by staff from the the Department of History at the University of York in the UK, and the School of History at Renmin University of China in Beijing.
