Inspirational Student Gives TED Talk

York History of Art PhD student Dawn Faizey Webster has delivered a moving TED talk, in which she describes developing and living with Locked-in Syndrome. Having completed a BA and MA at the Open University, Dawn is now working on her PhD thesis under the supervision of Anthony Geraghty. These are huge achievements even without the disability that Dawn lives with. Do take a moment to listen to her warm and inspiring story of bravery and determination.
