Taimoor is a full-time PhD student working in collaboration with the Born in Bradford (BiB) research group in Bradford. For his PhD at the University of York, he is analysing the primary and secondary health care utilization in obese and overweight children of Pakistani and White British origin.
Previously, he gained an MBBS in 2015 and worked as a junior doctor in Pakistan. Most recently, he received a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Edinburgh.
Taimoor's research interests are epidemiology of non-communicable diseases, with a focus on child health.
