Biography

Roshanak Nekooi is a research assistant within the COMIC research team.  Currently, Roshanak is working on a randomised controlled trial examining LEGO-based therapy for children with autism. Roshanak has 8 years of clinical and research experience which has been predominantly in the field of child mental health.

  • Applied Cognitive Neuroscience MSc

Overview

Roshanak’s research interests lie in the field of child development and child mental health. Roshanak has a particular interest in research that drives change in policy and practice.

  • I-SOCIALISE: Investigating SOcial Competence and Isolation in children with Autism taking part in LEGO-based therapy clubs in School Environments.
