Flexible working

The Department of Health Sciences recognises that each individual staff member has a different work-life balance and is committed to ensure that everyone's needs are respected and considered.

The Department recognises that there are a range of circumstances when you may need to take time away from work, but that it may not be reasonably expected for you to use annual leave or flexi-time.
