Research

Overview

My research approach is collaborative - I facilitate the co-design and co-evaluation of interventions that address loneliness, social isolation, or an absence of social support. My current projects aim to improve the mental health of under-served perinatal populations, including Muslim mothers, young mothers and LGBTQ+ families. I am also interested in creative and nature-based interventions.

I have methodological expertise in creative methods, realist evaluation, patient and public involvement, coproduction (of interventions, research and outputs), research impact and knowledge mobilisation.
