I completed my BEng (Hons) electrical and electronic engineering degree in 2014. I pursued my passion for research through joining Sheffield Hallam University as a research associate on a knowledge transfer partnership project between 2014 and 2016. After the completion of the project I joined a manufacturing company, Thetford Ltd, as an electronic systems design engineer between 2016 and 2021. Adjacent to my work I undertook my PhD studies and completed in 2020.
Currently a research associate in the School of Physics, Engineering and Technology at the University of York. A member of the Intelligent Systems and Nano-science Group, working on the EPSRC project: Magnetic Architectures for Reservoir Computing Hardware. My research interests include unconventional computing, physical reservoir computing interfacing techniques design and implementation, embedded systems, and smart systems.
