Professor Robert Slavin 1950 - 2021

We were saddened to hear of the death of Prof Robert (Bob) Slavin last month.

Prof Slavin was the founding director of the former Institute for Effective Education at the University of York, as well as a professor at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. An obituary appears on Johns Hopkins' website.
