Results of first round of research and translational funding

The C2D2 Steering Committee met on 29 February to consider applications to the Research Priming and Translational Award schemes.

Thirty-one applications were received, requesting over two and a half times the available budget. The overall standard of applications was high and sixteen awards were made across ten departments, totalling c. £320k.
